Kathy Griffin Dishes on Rosie

The straw that broke Rosie O'Donnell's "View" back? According to Rosie pal Kathy Griffin, O'Donnell grew incensed when "View" producers chose to sensationalize the recent on-air fight between Ro and co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck -- with a split screen graphic. Curiously, Griffin told People, it was the show's technical decision that pushed O'Donnell over the edge. "I said, 'What was it really?'" recalled Griffin. "'The split-screen." She said, 'I don't want to do "Hannity and Colmes."

Griffin, who's filled-in twice for O'Donnell in the past few weeks on "The View," dished about Rosie's reason for leaving to a sold out crowd at Atlantic City's Borgata Hotel and Casino.

Griffin also revealed that O'Donnell's hatred of Hasselbeck might not run so deep. When Rosie heard that Donald Trump had called Hasselbeck "stupid," she expressed sadness. "She doesn't even hate Elisabeth," said Griffin.

76. Rosie be strong and remember only people filled with FEAR will try to tear you down and attack your heart.
You speak the truth and most people like Elisabeth CANNOT HANDLE THE TRUTH!
Rosie is a warrior for peace!

79. I USED to be a big fan of The View. Rosie made it all about politics.....If you want to be on tv and talk about politics--you have to listen to other people's views also. She never liked to do that and talked over people most of the time. Joy always agreed with Rosie--one of them was unnecessary. How boring to listen to two people who just want to vent their political platforms--it was like watching the Democratic caucus--I grew tired. Elisabeth tried to make it everyone's "views". Rosie is too big a big shot to ever take that. Now she's sad because she spews stupid things and wants everyone to stick up for her when they are construed exactly as she stated...Rosie--grow up--if you can't take the heat--get out of the kitchen!!!

80. #65 I dont think that is the reason why Rosie chose not to return for her remainding 3 weeks. I am sure it is because hearing someone as ignorant and uneducated as Elisabeth Hasselback go on and on... must be mind shattering. It actually hurts my brain to hear her speak because she doesn't know what she is talking about!

And for all of you that think we are over there to =stop the terror you are living in denial. There are many countries that actually have wanted our help for YEARS, and we will never help them because they do not have oil....Plain and simple!
We need to get the F*** out of the middle east and STAY OUT! But we never will because of $$$$!!
And that is the truth. Sucks, doesnt it?

81. Fire can't melt steel or weaken it to the point of collapse? So is that why, on April 30th, when a tanker crashed on the San Francisco freeway the heat from the resulting fire exceeded 2,750 degrees, softening and buckling steel beams and melting bolts? Is that why welders use torches to CUT steel....because fire won't melt or weaken it???

82. Rosie O'Donuts makes me funkin' go nuts.

If she thinks lying causes cancer, she must have 1,000,000 tumors all over her disgusting excuse for a body.

83.
I do not believe anyone is 'fearful' of Rosie. I do think everyone can agree that Rosie is the one who is in fear. She probably has figured out that she does not know how to hold a rational discussion with anyone who God forbids has a different opinion, etc. and now she is like a joke. I hope she goes back to being the old Rosie.
She just makes too many hypocritical statements that no one wants to listen to her.
The whole thing is unfortunate, I thought it was great having the split screen. At least, you can see that they both were discussing ( LOL ) their opinions and Rosie could not command the conversation. That is just boorish behavior.

84. This goes to Rosie Facts #10, blow your bs facts out your ass. Rosie does have friends who stand by her, regardless the crap you spew against her. Go do some research on cancer or aids and quit hating on Rosie. If this were a man it would have gone unnoticed, but since it's a gay woman all hell breaks lose over it. I simply think she intimidates the hell out of men. EH is an airhead who brings nothing original to the VIEW, by the way it is views to be discussed.

86. Ooooh, I get it now! We're in Iraq for the OIL.....and because we now have so much of it THAT'S WHY our gas prices are so high...illogical sheeple. I suppose if Rancid Rosie were to COMPLETELY crack up ~ as we must assume will happen sooner or later ~ and jump off a cliff you'd follow her like the lemming you're showing yourself to be.

87. Wilson
I do not condone Sadam's actions and what he did in his own country.....
Should innocent American young men and women lose their lives in a foreign country that we have no business in?

88.
Uh...if a man behaved the way Rosie behaves.....he would be Tom Cruise! Look how quiet he is now.
LOL

89. We're in Iraq and Afghanistan because that's where the terrorist training camps are as well as their leaders....you know, the people who want us dead for nothing more than our freedom of religion, freedom of speech, because you dare to walk around showing your legs, face and arms in PUBLIC? OH THE HORRORS!!! Yes, it's a shame that people die for what they believe in but as happens in ANY war innocents are killed just as they are on the streets of America every day when children, mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers and sisters are caught in the cross fire of a turf war or drug deal gone bad.
Thank you Wilson, it's appreciated.

90. Are you serious? You are compairing a drug deal gone bad on the streets of America to the war being fought in Iraq?
You talk about freedom of speech but in the next breath people are condemning Rosie O'Donnell for the same thing. Could it be the people that are condemning Rosie don't have the same ideology as her. Is it alright for people like yourself to have strong feelings and beliefs but it is wrong for Rosie to express hers.
And to make matters worse they use profanity and vulgar personal attacks.
