First Pics of Lindsay in Utah

TMZ has obtained these pictures of a smiling and happy Lindsay Lohan as she takes a break from rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah.

The actress walked around the town yesterday, took in the gorgeous scenery and hit up Beaches Tanning Center before making her way back to the Lodge. We're told that Lindsay bought a $20 spray-on tan from Beaches, in addition to several more $16 tans. Lindsay was "very nice" to the folks there.

We're told she went to the mini mall to work out at the Gold's Gym, which is contracted out by Cirque. The Tanning Center is right next door.



As TMZ first reported, Lohan has been a "model patient" in rehab and is currently working on her sobriety at the world-renowned Mormon facility.

You go, girl.

2. P.S. But I do think she's one of those gals, that's going to need SUPPORT and a personal guide (someone around her at all times) 24/7 for a few years.

7. The media really wants to see this girl kill herself, don't they? Don't you think it is a little tacky to take pictures of a young woman who is so obviously suffering? Seriously. Wait until she comes back to Hollywood and then stalk her for pictures. Leave her alone while she is in rehab. Don't you think the press constantly stalking her and harrassing her is contributing to her issues??!!!! have some responsibility.

8. She is a good faker though. Remember she is an actress. Last time I almost believed that the malibu rehab was working for her. She was acting like all healthy and happy.

10. What the hell, why does everyone smoke??? It smells terrible and lets face it, it must taste like smoke (yum yum). And then it kills ya. I don't understand the appeal.

13. She's smoking a cigarette, how in the heck did she get tobacco?
What kind of rehab is this, allowing one of the most addictive drugs known to man?
Who's the smoking cow with her?
I do like that dress, too bad it wasn't a few inches shorter.

15. Why does she even leave the grounds of her rehab? She knows she is gonna get pic'd. What a whore. She must crave attention even more than drugs
