First Pics of Lindsay in Utah

TMZ has obtained these pictures of a smiling and happy Lindsay Lohan as she takes a break from rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah.

The actress walked around the town yesterday, took in the gorgeous scenery and hit up Beaches Tanning Center before making her way back to the Lodge. We're told that Lindsay bought a $20 spray-on tan from Beaches, in addition to several more $16 tans. Lindsay was "very nice" to the folks there.

We're told she went to the mini mall to work out at the Gold's Gym, which is contracted out by Cirque. The Tanning Center is right next door.



As TMZ first reported, Lohan has been a "model patient" in rehab and is currently working on her sobriety at the world-renowned Mormon facility.

You go, girl.

212. Lindsay's always taking a break from rehab. I agree with the many that question why she's not in jail. Looking healthy and happy has nothing to do with L's recovery. Lindsay's attitude seems to be that she is too famous to be responsible for her actions. This latest "rehab" looks like another dud.

213. Why isnt she in jail instead of rehab? If she werent a celeb, there wouldnt be all these rehabs to run away to...oh Im sorry...she doesnt even have to STAY in the rehab... poor thing needed a break to get a tan. Wonder how many other clients of this "rehab" are allowed to take "breaks" when they need to go to the mall or tan? Give me a break !!!

How many Mormans are going to rehab ?!?
Mormans are not allowed to smoke, drink alcohol or caffeinated beverages.
The religion is so strict,
mormans probably go to rehab for Coke, just not the kind Lindsay uses.

222. look closer the picture dosent quite look right it looks like it could be faked and if she was in town getting a spray on tan it didnt work it to light besides i dont care what rehab your at what she has on isnt aloud.I believe the photo is a fake.

224. So sad that lindsay will most likely have to kill someone while driving under the influence or kill herself before she can hit rock bottom. She still doesnt seem to be taking her recovery seriously...there are no "breaks" from addiction; however, there can be reprieves. You first have to admit there IS a problem, Lindsay....and all the money in the world can not keep you clean and sober....you have to want it more than you want to take a "break" and go tan and shop.

225. In Response to "Kate" Above: If she were concentrating so much on her rehab instead of craving the attention of the media, she's stay in the rehab facility. From the look on her face, she's loving all the attention -- she wants all the attention -- she's addicted to all the attention, just like her addictive personality craves cocaine and alcohol. No pity from me!
