32. These "celebrity spa" rehab places are a joke. They are money grubbing businesses charging celebrities a fortune. Their success rate is a joke as most relapse and have to return over and over. (but that is good business for the rehab places...more money to make!) What sort of effective rehab allows patients to go and get a tan, smoke cigarettes and pretty much just be on an extended holiday? She still hasn't a clue what the real world is all about and will never be happy in life with all that pampering. Lindsay Lohan is nothing more than a spoiled brat, seeking constant attention and without a clue what happiness truly is. TMZ...PLEASE spare us anymore photos of Lindsay, Paris, Britney and the rest of the spoiled, trashy Hollywood crowd who have no brains or class and are not role models for anyone!

42. Just a misdirection--she is an actress and this is a farce for the public to witness. Notice the cigarette; if you were in rehab paying big $$$ for your chemical addiction wouldn’t it behoove you to use those coping tools to stop smoking (another bad chemical addiction) as well? You don’t receive a bachelor’s degree after attending one semester of college; therefore; you can’t judge success based on a few weeks. It takes time--months or years to gauge success—ask anyone who was successful in beating their demons and they will tell you the same. Once she is beyond those rehab walls and back to the pressure of her peers and challenges of Hollywood, the battle will really began.

43. merano, maybe you should look into this more.... first, going into rehab is only 20% effective the first time entered (80% use again), and it always requires follow-ups to rehab... this is her third visit, so hopefully it works this time around... it's rehab, not prison, and even if she goes to prison, i'm sure she will still get her hour ... they don't make you quite smoking in rehab and you can do whatever you want with your free time. if that means tanning, so be it, at least it's another hour we are not dealing with another drug user/alcoholic on the streets, so people should stop complaining about every little thing - choose your battles and arguments to fight, you can't fight them all. she will be dealt a harsh punishment when she gets out, but at least hope she does clean herself up first... again, one less dangerous person on the streets is more important...

That's where she is headed for sure, she is just fooling herself and trying to fool the rest of her dumb fans out there. 45. If you smoke, and are in rehab, they will still allow you to smoke. My sister had been in rehab and they wouldn't allow them to have caffeine so no chocolate or soda, etc. But they almost encourage them to smoke since it calms them if they are detoxing. Just going by what she told me. Unfortunately, my sister's story didn't end so well so while I'm no Lindsay fan, I do hope she is serious about this and stays sober.
