First Pics of Lindsay in Utah

TMZ has obtained these pictures of a smiling and happy Lindsay Lohan as she takes a break from rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah.

The actress walked around the town yesterday, took in the gorgeous scenery and hit up Beaches Tanning Center before making her way back to the Lodge. We're told that Lindsay bought a $20 spray-on tan from Beaches, in addition to several more $16 tans. Lindsay was "very nice" to the folks there.

We're told she went to the mini mall to work out at the Gold's Gym, which is contracted out by Cirque. The Tanning Center is right next door.



As TMZ first reported, Lohan has been a "model patient" in rehab and is currently working on her sobriety at the world-renowned Mormon facility.

You go, girl.

46. If you smoke, and are in rehab, they will still allow you to smoke. My sister had been in rehab and they wouldn't allow them to have caffeine so no chocolate or soda, etc. But they almost encourage them to smoke since it calms them if they are detoxing. Just going by what she told me. Unfortunately, my sister's story didn't end so well so while I'm no Lindsay fan, I do hope she is serious about this and stays sober.

47. merano, maybe you should look into this more.... first, going into rehab is only 20% effective the first time entered (80% use again), and it always requires follow-ups to rehab... this is her third visit, so hopefully it works this time around... it's rehab, not prison, and even if she goes to prison, i'm sure she will still get her hour ... they don't make you quite smoking in rehab and you can do whatever you want with your free time. if that means tanning, so be it, at least it's another hour we are not dealing with another drug user/alcoholic on the streets, so people should stop complaining about every little thing - choose your battles and arguments to fight, you can't fight them all. she will be dealt a harsh punishment when she gets out, but at least hope she does clean herself up first... again, one less dangerous person on the streets is more important...

48. This girl is nuts..........does she think she will be able to drop by the tanning place in PRISON. That's where she is headed for sure, she is just fooling herself and trying to fool the rest of her dumb fans out there. Message to young girls........DON'T DO THIS ....DON'T BECOME A DRUNK, A DRUGGIE AND A IDIOT.

51. Are you serious?!?!? by the looks at her police record she needs absolutely no breaks from rehab . The whole point is to stay there the WHOLE time and get better. Pathetic just like the rest of hollywood right now. I guess Rehab not something to be taking serious . REhab is the new Gay in hollywood yay for them,

58. She still belongs in the slammer. You let her off now and no amount of "rehab" will correct her criminal behavior. She gets away with it twice and she'll believe she's immune to prosecution because of her preceived "status" (whatever the hell that is).

59. I saw her yesterday......and she actually looked great! She did talk to a couple of girls who drove up next to her and said "we love you Lindsay!" and she smiled and waved to them-

60. glad she is still there
but concerned that this facility also lets her go out

intensive rehab is the only thing for her at this point
and that doesn't involve trips out.....
the same way jail doesn't allow day shopping!

everyone needs to regognize that this is deadly serious
