First Pics of Lindsay in Utah

TMZ has obtained these pictures of a smiling and happy Lindsay Lohan as she takes a break from rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah.

The actress walked around the town yesterday, took in the gorgeous scenery and hit up Beaches Tanning Center before making her way back to the Lodge. We're told that Lindsay bought a $20 spray-on tan from Beaches, in addition to several more $16 tans. Lindsay was "very nice" to the folks there.

We're told she went to the mini mall to work out at the Gold's Gym, which is contracted out by Cirque. The Tanning Center is right next door.



As TMZ first reported, Lohan has been a "model patient" in rehab and is currently working on her sobriety at the world-renowned Mormon facility.

You go, girl.

77. She is pictured smoking a cigarette. Addiction is addiction. If you are going to stop drugs you need to stop ALL drug addiction. I don't think very much of the professionalism of this "rehab" facility if their staff allow patients to continue to engage in addictive behavior during treatment.

78. I was in rehab 7 years ago and I couldn't leave the premises for anything. Oh wait...I didn't have more money than God. #4 is right. Send her to a prison or county hospital lock-up type rehab. I'm placing bets on when she'll be found with coke on her (that's not hers, of course) again.

she deserves to go out and she is doing her best to fight her disease.

81. Hey "Just so ya know" dumb ass #72..............Professionals will tell rehabbers NOT to quit all of their addictions all at once because it's too much. Too much emotionally and physically.......you have to stair step or you are more likely to FAIL. Smoking at her stage is fine and acceptable.

You are obviously PERFECT and have no habits that need taking care of................I'm so happy for you :)

83. It seems like all of the celebrity and privlege received at a young age is just too much to handle. While many of us as kids were sliding down hills on pieces of cardboard, or riding a bike, she was chauffered in limosines..how can you keep "topping" all of it? Sooner or later, drugs/alcohol become only short lived excitement....

84. TMZ has hit an all time low! Leave the girl alone and let her work out her problems. She has tried to get away by traveling several states to get away from you. Why not respect that? I will tell you why - $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Sad but true.

86. Good for her! Really happy that she's at what appears to be a real treatment center.
HOWEVER......she still must answer for what she has done, whether that's driving like a maniac on drugs or possessing drugs....just like everyone else. If she takes her medicine like a woman (ie Nicole Richie), I think she'll be respected and admired one day.
Still a long way to go, but she's on her way.

87. FYI it is very commen for people in rehab to smoke. Let her deal with one (or is it two?) addictions at once.

88. Rehab does not work unless your heart is in it and you really really want to change.If you are not sicere or if you are doing it for someone else ect.. then it will not work no matter how costly the facility or how qualified the doctors!
