Britney Loaded -- Documents Reveal

46. The world's most famous ex-husband Kevin Federline may have finally gotten his acting career in gear – thank you One Tree Hill – but his once ever-present family is not celebrating with him. OK! has learned exclusively that Kevin’s father and stepmother, Michael and Collette Federline, have just come through bankruptcy and have lost their home in Oceanside, CA.

The couple filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on January 31, listing no available assets. It was discharged on May 7. At the same time, the Federlines stopped paying the mortgage and property taxes on their four bedroom, two bath Oceanside, Calif., home. San Diego County tax records listed the property, Parcel No. 1623901100, as “Defaulted” with $6,094.74 owing.

OK! went to Oceanside in the hopes of speaking with the Federlines but found their home now abandoned with a lock box on the front door and the swimming pool green with algae and infested with mosquitoes. Neighbor Barry Lew tells OK!: “In late June while on my daily walk, I saw a notice on their front door. It was from a bank and said that they’d received no mortgage payments since January 2007 and that they had the right to take back the house in 30 days. They moved out the end of July, during the night I believe.”

Michael and Collette bought the house in June 2004, shortly after Kevin became engaged to Britney Spears. Public records show that they paid $485,000 for the place, with a $393,500 mortgage from Countrywide Home Loans. They refinanced with a different lender on January 13, 2006, taking out a second loan of $97,000, which they used in part to pay to put in the pool.

“They got in way over their heads,” a Federline family friend tells OK! “And I think they hoped Kevin would bail them out. But the days of him splashing thousands of dollars around to entertain his family ended when Britney filed for divorce.”

47. Since reading that he is soon to be cut-off from spousal support of 20K a month in November makes me think he might be trying to get custody just for the sake of the big fat child support he would probably get. I just wish someone cared more for the baby boys than the money!!

49. K-Fed is a bottom feeder. Get the children a normal place to live, a good nanny and/or someone who cares. Give both of the parents limited supervised visitation with the kids so they can have a chance. Let Britney make money. Let K-Fed remain a failure as he makes Vanilla Ice look like he has talent.

50. This really should be enough motivation for britney to clean up her image I don't think Kfed could take better care of their kids than britney anyway. Can you imagine Kfed with a new girlfriend every other week? He's a lazy bum that probably smokes pot all day... what is he going to teach the kids? Mooching101? Britney should just focus on her career and her kids and stop partying all the goddamn time. If she can't do it then I really pray for those kids future...

51. Kevin wants money .... Nothing else. His nanny takes care of his children. He does not. If he has his boys 50 percent of the time their teeth should not be brown. Isn't he or his nanny brushing them. Why didn't Kevn file for divorce and try to take the kids when she had Jayden. By then Sean was a year old .... he should have witnessed her parenting skills first hand "if he was around".

56. so why dosent fat ass britney able to care for her own 2 kids for more than 3 days a week since she left rehab?? why must the new mother party with chris angel in vegas till 9am last saturday morning when she gets her boys straight weekends and kevin has boys from sunday nights to thursdays??? Why was a hob tour more important after rehab in march than spending quality time with her kids since march?? why hasnt she worked on getting sole custody back since she left rehab in march>?? becuase she dosent want the kids full time !! she cant handle them and never changes their diapers. At least 12-16 diapers a day for kids that age. Kevin sure is strapped for work with the boys. The boys deserve the same finacial qulity of life style with kevin 4 days a week now and not just at their mothers with her expensive cars and houses. Not fair tot he kids that one riases them and the rich parent dosent pay the same lifestyle standards but is unable to care for them the way kfed has since she entered rhab. He also had them the entire month while she was in rehab and he didnt any money for that.

57. If Federline was just seeking money from Britney, I"m sure she could have paid him more than enough to get him out of her life by now. Didn't JLo pay $15M to Chris Judd to get rid of him, and she was married to him less time than Britney was to Kevin. It seems like this is more than about money, or else she would have bought him off long ago.

58. i think that this whole thing is a shame. why oh why do personal relationships and personal issues always have to played out in the media? honestly, NO ONE has morals anymore. we all need to take stock, pray because the only one in control is God. I will pray for the peace that surpasses all understaning, i pray that britney will somehow find herself when all is said and done....

60. I just wished somebody would be able to knock some sense into Brit! K-Fed's interest in the children =the amount of child support he'll get from Britney to support them. I bet he'll be spending more on himself than the children. I wish the judge would order Britney to attend parental classes, counseling, and order her to surrond her self with people who actually care about her well being and that of her children. Oh and an assistant with great taste in clothes. Britney.....I listened to your song and it sounds like K-fed really balled you.Girl ..WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!
