Britney Loaded -- Documents Reveal

TMZ has obtained documents from the Britney/K-Fed hearing last Monday, where it was revealed the popwreck rakes in an average of $737,868 a month.

K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, claims in a declaration filed last Monday that Britney "is clearly the 'monied party' in this case." Kaplan is asking Brit to front $50K for expenses in connection with the custody hearing, claiming his bill will be in excess of $40,000.

The documents reveal K-Fed is receiving $20K a month for spousal support but the payments end on November 15.

As we first reported last Monday, the documents reveal that the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is investigating Spears for allegedly neglecting her kids. The allegations -- poor dental hygiene, as well as poor eating and sleeping habits. The portions of the documents relating to DCFS have been totally redacted.

The heavily redacted docs include the names of the people who have been or are being subpoenaed in K-Fed's move to grab 70/30 custody -- Alli Sims, Promises Treatment Center, Dr. Betty Wyman (Brit's designated sober companion), Larry Rudolph (Spears' former manager), Daimon Shippen (former bodyguard), Shannon Funk (former assistant) and Christine Hallet (former nanny).

but how is how much someone makes is anyone's business?
She gave up part of her life to work a grulling schedule, be microscopically be dissolved into a crazy mess by the media...
It's her money.
I'm not a fan of either of them but they are still human, although lacking, by my standards, any kind of moral core or any responsible caring thought for the kids.
What do I know? :) Just my opinion.

77. Most kids don't even go to the dentist til the age of 3 because they won't sit still and need to be put under to do anything. Kevins just grasping at straws to try and get Britneys money. Sit around and play "DADDY DEAREST" and pay for his hookers and crystal with Britneys money. I hope the loser gets his ass kicked in court.

78. Almost $9,000,000 a year??? And at such a young age!!! Too bad riches don't mean happiness because, from all that I have read (and who can't help but read it when it's plastered everywhere), she is a very unhappy person. I hope she gets the help she may need and so richly deserves. Meanwhile, can't the paparazzi just lay off of her??? She is a human being, full of worth and value, and deserves her privacy. Just because she is a popular singer doesn't mean that her life should be scrutinized under a microscope!

83. What's sad is that there are teachers, social workers, police officers, firemen, etc... (people that actually contribute to society) out there that live from paycheck to paycheck. Where are our priorities in this country????????

84. I totally agree with poster number 9. While Kevin was with Britney he did not pay a cent towards bills, his child support to Shar or money to his kids with Britney. Britney was the one bringing in the money and paying all the bills, supporting her kids and paying Kevins child support meanwhile Kevin was blowing millions of Britneys money so WTF should he be getting anything in spousal support?

I get a kick out of all these idiots actually believing what is said about Britney taking care of her kids, hello her babies are about to be one and two, they have not even seen a damn dentist yet. As for her having them go to sleep late so they will sleep longer are you people stupid? There have been many photos of Britney out and about with her boys as early as 8 in the morning on several occasions and so what if she did have her boys on a sleeping pattern where they stay up late to sleep in late? That is not freaking child abuse or neglect, I have my son go to sleep at 11 so he sleeps until 11 in the morning so I guess im abusing my child then?

I honestly do not know who is more dumb Kevin or his lawyer, it was reported by E News that dumbass Kevin and his lawyer thought they were going to walk in with a bunch of magazine articles, WTF? I have a judge in my family and I can tell you right now that crap is not going to fly because a lot of what is said in magazines are lies, a judge wants proof from family and friends of both Britney and Kevin and as for child services investigating that is actually very normal to happen when a child custody fight is going on, this just got out and as usual it got all blew out of proportion and rumors started flying of child abuse. My aunt went threw this same freaking thing when she got divorced from her husband 3 years ago

86. If K-Fed was really worried about the kids, why the 70/30 split? Why not 100/0? If she's such a hazard to the children, why isn't he looking to protect them fully? The only thing 70/30 results in is double the child support Brit has to pay him. It doesn't safeguard the kids in anyway. It just means Brit's on the hook for the majority of expenses. And he's willing to destroy her to get more money? Wow. Some piece of work.

87. tmzreader: Sorry, but IMO Britney had no help in ruining herself. Just look at SOME of the pictures you see on TV. Do you really think that is the kind of woman that those two little boys need? As for his alimony, that is up to the lawyers on the case.

90. Oh my gosh....we are concerned about her kids...poor dental hygiene, as well as poor eating and sleeping habits. Isn't that more than half of american kids these days and DCFS is involved and available to investigate!!! Guess it pays to have a wealthy parent....what about all those kids that are abused and beaten on a daily basis, or worse yet sexually abused and we continually ask for the parents to be investigated by DCFS...but yet they never are. What is wrong with this world. Money talks.
